Case Study
GKCA Global
Stronger authority and a cleaner path to enquiry

For an advisory firm, the website is a credibility test. GKCA's existing site was clearing that bar for people who already knew the firm, and failing it for everyone arriving cold.
The situation
For an advisory firm, the website is a credibility test before it is anything else. GKCA operates across India and the UAE in consulting and compliance, and its existing site was passing that test for people who already knew the firm β and failing it for everyone arriving cold.
The distinction matters. A referred visitor arrives already convinced and is only checking that the firm is real. A cold visitor is deciding whether to take it seriously at all, and a generic capabilities list gives them nothing to hold on to. Professional services sites tend to be written for the first visitor and then wonder why the second never enquires.
How we approached it
Structured by situation, not by service
We restructured the site around service line and client type, so a visitor can find their own situation quickly rather than reading a list of everything the firm is capable of.
This is the central move in professional services and it is counter-intuitive for the firm, because internally the capability list *is* the business. But a client does not arrive thinking "I need advisory services". They arrive thinking about a specific problem, and the site's job is to show them that problem being handled.
Expertise demonstrated rather than asserted
The content work focused on publishing practical guidance on the questions clients ask before they engage β the things people research while deciding whether they need an adviser at all.
This does two jobs at once, which is why it is worth the effort. It captures search demand at the research stage, and it proves competence in a way a credentials page cannot. Anyone can claim expertise; answering a hard question well in public demonstrates it.
A route to a person
The enquiry path was cut back to a short form that routes to a named individual rather than a general inbox.
In a category where people are buying judgement, they want to know who they will be speaking to. A form that disappears into info@ introduces exactly the doubt the rest of the site has been working to remove.
What changed
The site now works for the cold visitor as well as the referred one β a visitor can find their own situation, see the firm's thinking on it, and reach a named person in a few steps. Search visibility covers both the India and UAE practices, targeting the questions clients research before they are ready to appoint anyone.
If you are in a similar position
If your firm's enquiries come almost entirely from referral, that is worth examining rather than celebrating. It often means the site is only serving people who were already sold, and the cold traffic is arriving and leaving unnoticed.
The quickest diagnostic: look at your site as somebody with your clients' problem who has never heard of you. If the first thing you meet is a list of what the firm does rather than a recognition of what you are dealing with, that is the gap.
What we did
- Website: Restructured by service line and client type, ending in a named-person enquiry.
- SEO: Visibility across both the India and UAE practices.
- Content: Practical public guidance on pre-engagement questions.
